Outreach Ministry
We believe we are commanded to make disciples from our neighbor across the street to those who live across the ocean.
Jesus said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. (Matthew 28:19-20)
In an effort to follow this edict we reach out to the Chicagoland area, support works in India and believe in evangelizing both as a congregation and as individuals.

The following are just some of the affiliations of the churches of Christ that help spread the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world:
Shults-Lewis
Our congregation supports the Shults-Lewis Child and Family Services located at 325 S. 150 E. in Valparaiso, Indiana. It is their mission in God’s love to serve and strengthen children and families by providing:
- a safe, healthy Christian home with loving house parents
- an educational program to inspire students to achieve spiritual, emotional, and intellectual success in an academic setting
- a therapeutic response to help our youth develop responsible behavior with family, school, and community
- a total environment which promotes standards of living that are consistent with the Word of God.
